They have a mouthwash for that now. She might need to see a doctor or go to a sleep clinic. But if she is overweight losing weight may help. She might also have congestion problems or it may be caused by medications like sleeping pills or alcohol. Or she my be overly tired when she goes to sleep. I know that if I am extremely tired or drunk then I snore. So see if any of those problems are the cause and try to fix it, if not then go to a sleep specialist.

Well first you should tell her she snores. She'll be embarrassed and maybe angry. She needs to know, and you are in a small group of people that could tell her about this. If she is a heavy snorer then she should probably talk to her doctor as she may have sleep apnea, which is a condition that causes the person to stop breathing for periods of time. This is a serious condition that should be addressed.

I have to deal with my husband snoring every single night!! We have tried several things but what helps the best is the walmart brand breath right nose strips. If she still snores with the strip, easy her onto her side and that will stop the annoying snoring.:)

Tried breathe-right strips? Or that spray they have? You spray your throat before you go to sleep.
Personally, when my guy snores, I at least know he's alive!

I stay up late so I get real tired, then I kick, hit or nudge my husband until I fall asleep, if he wakes me up I hit him again. It makes him quit for awhile. The only down side is he keeps asking where the bruises are coming from. I think he's catching on maybe I'll try the spray for him, anyway good luck....

if it is real minor some breath right nose strips may help. Other wise have her go to a doctor or live with it.
