I tried to move to another appartment, but it needs money, any suggestions as I really suffer? the building doesnt have a space for an elevator.

Sue the landlord, they are required to put an elevator of the buildings have more than 4 floors. Then you'd have money to fix the other apartment.

I would try to see if someone on a lower floor in interested in being higher up (tell them about how great the view is!) and would switch with you. If not, there really aren't many solutions. You might need to check out different apartments.

just take the stairs.. by the way what kind of work do you have? you really have to strive harder in order to gain a lot of money and so that you can move to another apartment where you can feel a lot more comfortable.

Try to see it as a good thing!
At least you get some exercise and definitely into nice shape instead of sitting on your booty all day!
