Why must i be the center of everybodys world?

Question

My girlfriends says im terrified to be alone. I asked what gives her that idea, and she sayd because i keep myself around alot of people, and when im around people, its like i want to be "the guy everybody wants to hang with". Is there something wrong with me or some way i can maybe fix this. hell i dont even know if anything is "broke"
