When I try to download files, I get an error saying "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded".
I have tried turning off all of my security settings/firewalls and still can't download files. What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Open your Internet Explorer go to Tools and select Internet Options and then select the "Security" tab and then click the "Custom Level" button and then Reset it to "Low" or "Medium".
