What happens if you get busted in the pursuit after you defeat Razor?

I was just wondering what happens if you get busted in the pursuit after you defeat Razor? Do you have to redo the races for Razor or can you just skip to the pursuit again?

All that happens is it asks you if you'd like to restart the pursuit again or exit. You don't have to race against Razor again. I beat the game about a month ago and it took me about five tries to beat those guys. . .
