My friend is engaged and she is 18. I want to get her a gift but I don't know what to get her.

A gift certificate for a couples massage or one for a nice restaurant would be great. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and anything you can do to help them relax I'm sure will be very much appreciated.

Something like a gift certificate that would help towards something for the wedding might be helpful. Like if you know they are going to get married at a particular place you could get something like a gift card for that place. If their parents are taking care of all that then it would be nice to give them a gift card to a photo place like Olan Mills if they don't have an engagement photo yet.

A gift card to Planned Parenthood for an abortion just in case. People who marry at 18 have an 82% chance of divorce in the first 4 years.

Get her a gift certificate to a home goods store so the couple can get something nice for themselves. Or check out www.redenvelope.com THey have really tasteful gifts like engraveable picture frames, albums, family trees, etc.
