Animal Kingdom is mainly classified into:-
1)Invertebrates:- Animals without backbones. Eg:-Insects,Earthworm,Starfish....
2)Vertebrates:-Having a backbone or the Spinal cord.Eg:-Mouse,Elephant,Tiger,Man,Cow,Bat.Lion,Cat etc....
Mice(Plural),Mouse...belongs to the Phylum Vertebrata under Class Mammalia.A class which humans also belong to..Vertebra means backbone.So mice also has a backbone.Fishes,Reptiles,Amphibians also have a backbone.They also come under the Phylum Vertebrata.
