Does it happen everytime you dance? How long does it takes before you sense that happiness? I am asking these questions before if you do prolonged activities such as exercises, your body increases production and release of endorphins. These are neurotransmitter found in the brain that have pain-relieving properties. Pour enough amount of endorphins in your bloodstreams and you will have that feeling of "high", makes you feel good, bliss and a sense of well being. Dancing and other exercises are good therapy for those experiencing sadness or unexplained melancholy.

I,m so happy for you Your question has has inspired me so much.I thought i,d never hear a question like this till now. I,m the same way. My spirit is lifted,i get excerise,better looking body. That was my inspiration in life was to be a dancer but it wasn,t ment to be. For me never loose the desire for dance what a way out of the stressful world we live in today.
