Pepper spray? o.O I really doubt you'll ever need the use of pepper spray in Singapore, but hey...
I don't think they sell pepper spray... You'll probably need to buy yourself a spray can or bottle and fill it up with a pepper concoction.
I'm not sure if it'll work, but I think if you use the bubble blowing liquid from bubble blowers, if you spray it into someone's eyes, it's probably gonna hurt... But I don't think so...

What do you need pepper spray for?? You're in Singapore.... if you think you need pepper spray in Singapore, I couldn't imagine you in New York City, you'd probably carry a gun and wear a bullet proof vest hahahahahaha. Pepper spray in Singapore... thanks for the chuckle.

You can't... The alternative is to buy a small spray bottle and fill it up with your own pepper concoction.

if you can't get pepper spray I suggest any small spray can will do, the propellent in them gives a nasty sting

At Mustafa, they sell them in lots of 10. Its called impulse perfume. It creates an impulse to run away. Works on me!
