Patents? Help please?

Hi Everyone -

I know of the uspto.gov site, that is for United States Patents.

What I am looking for is an international patent website, where I can search for patents that were registered in other countries, or internationaly. If you can find me an official site, or something similar that I will be able to use to look up a patent, I will give best answer to who ever finds the site first!
