Yes. The odds are decreased, however, pre-ejaculate fluid carries live sperm and can cause you to get pregnant.

Yes the chances are high and I can say this because I got my wife pregnant when we were dating that same way with the pull before you shoot deal. A lot of the guys at the start of this are saying it isn't possible but it is. I got away with it for a while but it is still a high risk for some more than others. Some don't get pregnant this way at all while some only take one time.

I am not sure of the exact percentage rates...the chance is low but yes, you can get pregnant even if the male does not ejaculate.

Yes pregnancy is possible but it not likely. Here is a website that covers pretty much any question you could have about "withdrawal" or "pull out" method of protection. Although some forms of protection are more effective than others, the only 100% effective protection is abstience

yeah, the girl can still get pregnant. is a pretty high risk activity!
would not recomend it, before the guy comes, he releases whats called "pre ejaculate" which contains sperm, so although is less risk then getting the full ejaculation inside of you, is still high risk, and you have a good chance of falling pregnant

YES! Just because the male did not reach orgasam does not mean you are not at risk for pregnancy. Men have a small amount of sperm that comes out before or during sex and it is just as fertile as the final climax. How do you know he didn't reach orgasm? If you are going on his word alone you are fooling yourself.

Ever hear of PRE Ejaculation?? ANYTIME you have UNprotected sex you have a HIGH chance of getting pregnant. If you do not want to get pregnant then use protection. Spermicide strips/foam, condom, birth control etc....

You can definitely still get pregnant. I'm not sure what percentage of getting pregnant you have, but pre-ejaculation does have semen in it, just not nearly as much as ejaculation.

There's a chance of you getting pregnant. It's a low chance but something you should not risk.

It is a low percentage but it can and has happened. That is not a full proof way of protection.
