Okay so I asked my husband this question cause he plays video games a lot (including this one) and he puts in all the cheat codes where as I just let him set it up and I play lol.... I'm female, what can I say lol.

Here's what he said: Go to http://cheatcc.com/psx2/gtasa.html This will give you the info you need for cheats. As for why they're not activating, he said maybe you're not putting them in correctly or not fast enough (I guess there's a time limit...I dunno).
