I got verizon fios 15mb but all i have is 3mb up 1mb down?

I am very mad at them and i don't know what to do i have called and they say its fine i don't know what to do

You can never download or upload anything at the speed you are connected at. And many servers are capped so you cant even download at those speeds. Just something to consider.
