She is torturing me with questions about how to do her hair, clothes etc. etc. etc.! It's a dressy occaision... and she's so far wearing black pants and boots. So what else now? She has blonde hair. Please help!

Blondes look extremely good in beiges, browns and bright red near the face.
I would know. I'm blonde.
She should wear something very feminine. Ruffles or flutter sleeves. Maybe even a small white flower in her hair.
Don't let her over do the jewelry.

well lets see. if she wants to keep the black pants and boots, put her in a dressy blouse, or a cute cocktail dress. they are great for parties and dressy occaisions.

how about a cute white shirt. u could even make her wear a skirt. thats cute. keep her hair down if it is straight and up if it is curly. that would be cute for that sort of occasion.

she should straighten her hair and put it back in a tight ponytail. that's hot. and then she should wear blue jeans, boots, and a white formfitting sweater

hmm... she can either wearr her jair loose and add a cute ganster hat and a cute dark sweater or light. A cute white or pink shirt and her favorite jeans =]
