do u guys know any poem, or maybe article about how people sometimes apologise and think that what they did will be forgiven by miserable apologies?

Saying your sorry does not undo the harm. Forgiveness has little to do with apologies.

yeah people do that all the time. its so pathetic because its not the words the other person needs to hear to forgve you and give you another chance but they need to show by actions that they have fixed what they did wrong and are striving to make sure they do not make that mistake agian. actions speak louder than words. and words not backed up by action are just a waste of everyones time. mature adults should start acting like mature adults... real life don't give people too many chances!

Worse people are the ones who don't even bother to say sorry when they've deliberately done me wrong. I feel like throwing such people of the nearest cliff.
