If both of you don't mind it's fine. Orgasms do help with cramps. It depends on whether it bothers you or your partner. If you do, probably best to do it right after a shower or bath (or in the shower or bath, for that matter) and make sure you put a towel under you. Which is actually a good idea anyway, no wet spot so you don't have to change the sheets every time.

Its a personal choice. Not just yours but the guys as well. There are alot of guys that dont care but there are alot that do. You need to be honest with whoever you are sleeping with see how they feel about it and if they are ok with it then you decide if it is ok with you. It cant hurt you and there is nothing wrong with it again just a personal choice. If you choose to you would want to at least use a rag or take a shower prior to having sex and that way the blood isnt gushing out ... and of course you may want to use a towel under you to protect anything from getting stained ... generally if you dont have an extreemly heavy flow you can have sex and it wont come out during the time you are having sex so it is nt as bad as it sounds.

Yes it is okay. But I usually use a product called instead, it holds back the blood while your having sex. It can also be used at any time not just sex during your period and holds the blood back in a barrier type method.

well for me when im on my period i always go to the bathroom and clean myself up =) and then wen i haev sex my flow gets lighter..but no ive never had a problem with it! actually the orgasms help reduce my cramps..hope this helped =)

Yes, it is physically okay to have sex. Personally, my husband hates it, so we don't. Make sure that you still use protection (condoms, BCP, ect..) to prevent pregnancy and STI's. It does help with cramps. It is messy.

sure anytime you want sex , as long as you and your partner are both ok with it , it is kind of disgusting ,but , sometimes its real fun , !!!! thats usually when the girl is the most horny , get my drift hun ???
