why can I not get any help from dell or mcafee with spyware which now renders my dell mcafee protected compter unusable

If I cant use my computer becouse of criminal activity ,we all becom victems :att Dell and myself .I may be only one customer of Dell,ATT&mcafee now but just think what more you can loseby putting me off

As was said, they want money. Dell does not deal with spyware and McAfee doesn't talk to you without an extra subscription to tech support.
If you can get to Spybot S&D and download their program, you can get rid of the spy crap. This program is free. You might be able to get it by going into SafeMode with network support. Click F8 on reboot (for XP). Here is the link.

They're all money-first people. They love you until you've paid in. If you've tried calling both, and they wouldn't help you, do some online research and see if you can get help elsewhere.
