Even though the present administration made me stop and think about your question for a second or two, the honest answer has to be, "No."

Much is wrong in this country, but much is right, also. At least we do have the opportunity to object, and to change things thru' the voting process.

Any presently existing foreign power with the desire and the strength to invade the US and overthrow the government is a foreign power I would not like to have running my country!

Now, if we could talk Canada into such an action, I might have to think about it a little harder...lol...

Well done. There would be a great many Americans who would look remarkably like "insurgents' or "Terrorists," except they would not be wearing the same kind of headware. Anyone who would start blowing up Philadelphia, Chicago, or Los Angeles while trying to occupy this country would find more than a little resistance. Regardless of what they said about us in the land they came from, the passion to get them out would not diminish. The more innocent women and children were killed along the way, the more our numbers would grow.

Depends. What if they came over and invaded in the middle of the American Civil War and chose sides. If they fought for the South would they have been greeted as liberators? Would the Confederates have greeted them with open arms?

If the government the foreign power overthrew routinely tortured people and you never knew when it might be your turn to get severely beaten, your eyes gouged out, or electric shocks.

Or, if I was a Kurd.

Or, if I might be used as a throw-away sex toy for his sons and raped and then quickly murdered and no one even cared to do a thing about it.

Or, if the children of my culture were dying of disease and malnutrition because the oil-for-food program that was supposed to offset sanctions against my country were being stolen by the UN's Secretary General Kofi Annon, and his son.

The list could go on forever.

It would be impossible for any foreign power to invade the US and overthrow the government. Not today, not next year - period. Who knows what could happen after the next presidential election - but seriously - the US military and the American citizens would never allow that senario to happen.

And why would we need a foreign power to come in here and clean up this mess when all it would take would be for people to get up off their fat lazy ***'s and vote every two years? **** didn't get this way over night folks, so it will take awhile to get back on the right track, but it's not going to happen by wishful thinking. Get up off your butts and drag your friends to the polls. They may not know who to vote for but I'll bet they can find someone to vote against. Oh, and by the way. Does illegal alien ring a bell? Just cause they're not in uniform doesn't mean we aren't being invaded.

No, but it's kind of a silly question. If Bush had killed members of my family or imprisoned people I knew for no reason, I just might greet them as liberators provided they didn't try and set up a puppet government.
Unfortunately, we overstayed our welcome in Iraq by about three and a half years.

If they got the f#%k out right after they knocked over DC, then I'd send them "thank you liberators" cards. Occupying powers will be met with an unstoppable insurgency.

no, say what you want about the US ( i sure do) but we can do more here than pretty much anywhere else. any invader would probably have a world domination and/or communist agenda and living under them would suck
