Does anyone know where I can watch the newest House MD episode free?

I was looking forward to watching the newest House MD episode, the one with the girl who couldn't feel pain. But unfortunatly things came up and I was unable too, does anyone know where I can watch the episode for free over the internet?

I'm not sure where you can find them online but I know they show reruns on USA on Fridays and possibly Sundays.

theres no guarantee on this, but you can get a lot of tv shows on the file sharing program ares. so theres a good chance it may be there
