I have a friend who's parents I haven't met, but he wants me to meet them, and I'm a bit unsure of what to do.

dress nicely and conservatively.
be nice, smile, talk about your academic accomplishments or goals- parents love that.
but don't be over the top, just be yourself - most people can smell fakeness a mile away.
you'll be fine! the fact that you're concerned about impressing them shows that you're a respectful person and i'm sure they'll appreciate you.

Just be yourself. Seriously! Don't try too hard to impress them because you'll probably end up making a fool out of yourself.

Don't be shy. Talk to them like they are good friends. Smile. And for god sake, don't worry. Odds are they will like you!
