I know it's genetic, that I didn't get the gene on both X chromosomes, but I was wondering:

I can roll my tongue [so it sounds like I'm purring], so does that have anything to do with the fact that I can't curl it into a clover? Like, is it just one or the other? Are they two sides of the same coin?

Hi. There should be some survival factor that makes a clover shaped tongue an advantage, such as sucking nectar from a common flower. Otherwise there is only the curiosity factor.
