Nothing. A married couple has taken a vow of fidelity. Neither of the married persons should ever break that vow. If they wish to break that vow they should get divorced (all the way divorced) first. As the 3rd person in this triangle you should not interrupt the sanctity of marriage. And shame on the wife if she is promoting you interrupting the sanctity of marriage. Last, if she would break the sanctity of her marriage, what kind of a partner or wife would she be to you. Where would you find trust in such a partner? Leave it alone unless she honors her vows and if she doesn't wish to honor her vows - then gets divorced.
