I plow with my grandfathers FORD 4600 tractor with a 8' 6" Meyers plow it is 52hp and will push anything. This is probably to big for just a driveway and part of a street but it runs great and is very good on fuel. I do love those old fords though GOOD LUCK. Sean P.S. any older tractor you but you will have to build your own plow frame for. =]

Sure, if you have the money for it. Does it snow more than 10 days out of the year on avg? If so, then yes, it's a good idea. :-)

europe has the best ones. They blast boiling hot water or have a special thermal coil that literally melts the snow as it cuts through the ice and snow, then they spray a special solution not salt or sand that melts snow and prevents refreazing for like 4 days.

Not if you live in Florida or Hawaii.

Now if you live in Buffalo you really need help with plowing.

What we really need is less snow. Failing that - yes, better snowplows that don't fill in my fricking driveway 10 minutes after I've cleared it! (Sorry - it's been snowing all day.)
