this male friend and i share a child.we do like each other very much,but he travels far away to see his ex,and they do have sex.what can i say or do to get him to STOP?

if you are not together which it sound like that is what going on
the fact that you are allowin this is what crazy, you need to let
him know how you feel about what happen. if nothing else
you have a child together and he need to respect you. and it
sound like he does not care how you feel. time to let this
one go,

Pack all of his belongings in a suitcase and set it on the front porch for his next trip to see his ex.
