Well, I'm not going to copy and paste the entire article from Wikipedia, so you can read it at the link below. In addition to the starship named Enterprise, there have been at least 8 ships in the United States Navy with the name Enterpise. Right now, the Enterprise is a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. At least 8 British vaval combate vessels have used the name Enterprise as well. And of course NASA has a prototype space shuttle called Enterpise as well.

There are many, such as NX-01, USS Enterprise (original/refit), A,B,C,D,E, and J. There's the XCV-330 one from the image gallery of the refit Enterprise. Then, there's HMS Enterprise, the aircraft carrier Enterprise, and the Space Shuttle Enterprise.

5 different Enterprises. The Enterprise A, B, C, D, and E. But only one in commission at a time.

It is not the same ship every time, because every time they replaced the ship was because it got itself blown up.

And of course, not counting any from parallel universes, etc.

I think it was all of them. There were no differant names for them. They were ships that the crew was on. I don't think that DSN hada name for their ship though. But you can look online.
