I'm sure they do, and to find out I would ask your local ambulance squad. I know that where I live here in West Virginia, if there was going to be a nuclear war, the president and the popular ones down in DC had a special bomb shelter called the bunker here in West Virginia. It was secrete up to about 10 years ago or so, but now they have tours through it. I left you a website to it.
