well first of all never use vineger to get rid of black heads second of all the idiot above me who told you that is prolly a acne sufferer and whats you to suffer from it to just by putting vineger on your face and third of all use proactive solution and those black heads pimples will be gone guarantee!!!!!!

I find washing with a little vinegar works.
