I have seen a few people do that.
I try to put as much of the question as possible, unless it is more of a punchline. It doesn't help. People click on a question they hate just to tell you they hate the question.

She gives you enough to make you want to click and read the rest. You never know what Tek is going to ask. I love her questions.

Others apart from Tek do it...(Nikki Tesla and Jennifer F come to mind). It is just an intriguing way to get you to read the question. She's pretty good at coming up with good ones. ; )

yeah, I can usually always tell it is a Tek question without even looking at who has posted it.
Usually I just click on her profile and then answer all her questions from there.
When asking a question I try to be as straight-forward as possible.

She asks the best questions out there. Let see you come up with the innovativeness and quirkiness of her questions. If i could come up with half of the stuff she does, yes, I probably would o it like that.

It is a style mastered by a select few ...
I for one use the same luring approach....
I find many are just too long winded in their introduction....
There are plenty of questions out there to answer..

No, dear, a lot of people phrase their questions as such. It's your choice whether you want to answer them or not.
