Odd question, but I'll play along....
My oldest child's first word was "Hi!", and she's always been a very outgoing, social person. The others mostly said Mama first. No surprise there. ;)
Most babies are going to say Mama before Dada anyway, just because it's generally an easier sound for them to repeat. Then of course they get tons of attention for supposedly saying "Mama", and they repeat it more, eventually catching on that the lady feeding & caring for them likes them to say it as often as possible...

I think my first word was "daddy" but I am not sure. All though I do prefer my dad over my mom...but I still love my mom the same as my dad. But that may be true.

well my first word was hi, but im a very very shy person, and a very quiet person, but that mite have been a result of something else that im not bout 2 get into, but my little bros first word was my name (( koi )) and he hates to leave me by myself, and always wants 2 b with me, so i do think it does have something 2do with yur personality

interesting question.....
i can't really help you with that cuz my parents dont remember either mine or my brother's first words. but my other brothers first word was 'cracker' although it came out more like 'kruh-kuhghn' because his mouth was filled with crackers. lol. but i dont know exactly what kind of personality a 'cracker person' would have so....idk.
