How do i remove these bumps on my face?
i have bumps on my face that when pinched they release this stringy white stuff. i know its not puss so i dont think these bumps are pimples. i ust to have pimples and i got rid of them with this pimple bath wash stuff, but the bath wash stuff does not seem to work on these bumps.
what could they be and i do i get rid of them.
some times they show up on my skin as little white bumps and other times they are just raised parts of my skin.

I think they are probably cysts I had one on my ear lope and one on my back and white stringy stuff came out also, with them being on your face they could scar, so i would suggest going to a dermatologist, or go to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist

You probably just need to exfoliate more to even out the surface of your skin. Try St. Ives Apricot Scrub, that stuff is awesome...makes your face so smooth and soft!

I use Oil Olay and it has helped my skin dramatically. My skin is combination.
I use toner b4 I shower, then face cleanser in the shower and after my shower I use moisturizer.
