um how do u make ur sims whoo hoo in public?? cuz my sim really wants to and i wanna get reward points for it lol so please help, if you dont know how then please dont leave me stupid answers like "i dont know" or w/e so please help

Umm... If you are in a place with a photo booth get your first sim to go in, then the second and then you get them to woohoo. Another public woohoo is a clothing booth.

take ur sim along with his partner in a taxi (multiple sim transportation).. to a bulpic domain, that botique is excelllent.
go for the cloth stand click try out
while in point the partner ,, wohoo

If you go to the town areas where you can buy stuff, you can make them public whoohoo in the changing stalls.
