A lot of times my fingers, feet, legs, and other body parts get this really weird tingly feeling like it's covered with ants.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to stop it?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

basically its your body telling you that your blood is not circulating in that area... most people refer to it as my foot has fallen asleep or leg or arm or whatever.....it happens to everyone and the only way to prevent it from happening is to change positions frequently or lay evenly.... which you cant do all the time so its still gonna happen....but if its happening at that time to stop it you might walk on your feet but don't put too much pressure cuz u could break your ankle while the foots asleep...or you can shake your arms and fingers anything to help the blood flow back through that part of your body...hope you find this helpful

I think its called restless leg syndrome.
I had it and I got rid of it.
You lay on your back and put your legs straight up in the air.
Rotate your feet 10 times inward then 10 times outward.
This should start a little pain in your legs but thats okay.
The trick is to open up the blood vessles. Keep doing this daily until you get desired results. It may take a while, not many things are instant.
I hope this helps, it worked for me.

You don’t have to get worried about it. It could be because there is not enough blood circulation due to perhaps disuse atrophy or perhaps due to the fact that part of your body was at rest for two or three hours. You can find good home remedies for this. I did find some at http://ailments.in/peripheralneuropathy.html

there is low blood flow to that body part. Try to move it around and stretch it.
