She was terribly depressed over her son! Howard was letting Anna take his prescriptions knowing she was not stable!! He is responsible and I don"t think he cares about the baby its the money he"s after. Birkhead is the father let him have his paternity test!

It is hard for someone not to think he wasn't involved. He was present when her son died and also when she died.
In addition Jackie Hatten, sister to Mark "Hollywood" Hatten one of the supposed potential fathers, was on Nancy Grace talking about Howard K Stern keeping Anna Nicole doped up and then pushed her out of Anna Nicole's life so she could not see what he was doing to her friend and stop him. At this point, who knows, we will just have to wait for the tox screens to come back and hopefully they have an answer

No, there are many things I believe could be the cause of her death, 1st would be drugs ( too many but not meaning to)
2nd lets see total depression,
3rd could be caused by her heart or something like that, no one really knows yet
4th a VERY BAD FLU remember the FLU kills people and IF she had a temp that night it could have been the common flu, which kills many

I don't think so, How could he help it if she was into drugs? Watch her 24/7 ??
I feel sorry for him, he was probly just a victim of all of her drama. I think she is in peace now. I just hope the baby gets to be with her natural father, who ever that is.

Yes. I also feel that he might have been responsible for her son's death as well. As her lawyer, right after her son died, he should have advise her to change her will. Now that she dead, and her sons dead, all her money will go to him. I feel that is a very big motive, considering that he married her only days after her son died, without giving her proper time to grieve.

Why is it when someone famous dies there MUST be a conspiracy around it? Show me irrefutable proof that he has anything to do with her death and then I will believe it. Otherwise, it is people speculating and stating opinion--and in this day and age, speculation and opinion are taken as God's honest truth. Sad.

I agree. There's something very suspicious about him! Only the police can come up with the answer to this though. There needs to be a very thorough investigation.

Indirectly, YES. I think he didn't help get her help for drug use, and therefore is just as responsible as Anna herself.
