I have had a turtle for 13 years... They are the sweetest creatures but do take A LOT of work. By biggest suggestion, get a running filter! This will save you a lot of time emptying the water out and cleaning... I don't know how big your turtle is but once it gets big, you want the filter!

hi, taking care of a turtle needs a lot of effort, time and money. You cant take care of a turtle without knowing its species. Find some time to research it in the web. if your turtle is a red eared slider, or a malayan box turtle, be free to e mail me at .........miro_pajarito@yahoo.com. i have those kinds of turtles

Well first you need to know what kind it is, and if it is a land turtle or water turtle? And if you found it then let it go!

it kinda depends on what kind of turtle it is......i would suggest possibly feeding it raw hamburger.....or i am sure they have turtle food at a local pet store also be sure that they have water to get in and out of.
