Let me just clarify, I am not crazy, delusional or have ever been in a psych ward! I have experienced a ghost or at least a spirit. I did not see it, only felt the presence. I was at a friend's house, yes it was a party, but not I did not partake, and I had to go to work early the next morning, so I asked for a quiet room where I could sleep. It was a bi-level house with an upstairs, I slept upstairs far away from party activity, there was an adjoining bathroom with an entrance to the bedroom opposite the side of the bed I was sleeping on. About 5-10 minutes after I got settled in I heard what I thought was someone walking through the bathroom into the bedroom(wood floors), I assumed someone was trying to scare me, so I said outloud "Come on guys, I'm trying to sleep, knock it off" and noone answered, nor did they walk out of the room, nor did I see anyone. So I continued to lay there and "felt" something walk around the bed to the side I was on and felt like something was directly in my face breathing(yes I know the dead don't breathe), talk about goosebumps and cold chills to the point where I couldn't move or speak, nor did I want to! So I covered my head with the sheets and tried to pretend that "it" wasn't there, even though I knew it was right in my face. I guess you could say I took the cowards way out, I wasn't ready for something like that, but looking back now, some 10 years later I wish I would've just said, What do you want, who are you, go away, something!!! The next day I woke up, went to work and called my friend from work(still sleeping when I left), I asked him if the room/house was haunted. He said it used to be his parents bedroom til they started sleeping downstairs and in turn asked me how I liked it, they even had a name for "him"! He knew what was up, what a jerk for letting me sleep in there! I went to the house many times after that, but never stepped foot upstairs ever again.

My entire life every place I've lived there has been at least one ghost.
One time I was walking along a long dried up canal with my mother, brother, and boyfriend(at the time). We came to a spot where over 100 years ago a woman had committed suicide and drowned her kids. My mom and I made the comment that she was a horrible person for doing that. The day was sunny with no clouds in the sky, but in an instant a storm moved in and lightning hit a tree above my mom and I, (not my brother or my boyfriend). It hit us when it came down. Oh, did I mention that the only place it was storming and lightning was directly above us?

Sometimes when I'm home alone, I feel someone is there. I get this terrible feeling in my stomach that makes me uncomfortable.
One time when my aunt was sleeping in her room, she felt someone on the other side of the bed and pulling her blanket off. So she looked and she saw a ghost, then it vanished!! This was in a ranch in Mexico.
This other time 3 of my aunts and their neighbor were walking back home late at night and were sure they heard "La Yorona" (or however you spell it) They were so scared they started running. Again, in Mexico.
Then, their other neighbor had a little boy who told my cousin that once when he was in a rollo (it's like a river) that he almost fell asleep but then he saw "La Yorona" there with red eyes!! She was trying to get him, but she never did. There's a rumor that when little kids go there, they feel sleepy and when they do sleep, either her or the devil come to get them. It freaked me out.

Yes I have, and I swear I am not making this up. One night I woke up because I heard someone walking around in my room, I thought it was my Mom or someone like that, and I looked and I swear I saw my deceased Grandma walking around in circles in my room with slippers on that were making noises and they drug on the carpet. I hid under the covers and cried and layed there for a few hours and couldn't get back to sleep, and the whole time I was hiding I heard her slippers, I love her, but it was strange.

I swear I have a ghost cat living in my apartment. I do have a real cat, but occasionally, during the night, I can feel a cat jump on my bed, when my real cat is curled up under my arm. It isn't creepy, just a little odd!

We had a ghost in the house in which I was raised. She liked to
rearrange things, and sometimes move stuff where it couldn't be found.

The paranormal is one of those things, alongside UFOs that I won't believe in, unless it happens to me or I experience it for myself.
