If you had a blood test done at the clinic and they told you it was negative, then you aren't. It may be serious and you may want to go back to the hospital, especially if it hurts.

many things can cause you to be late...stress, illness adn hormones to name a few. If you went to the clinic and the test was negative you are most likely not pregnant. The stomach pains can be a sign of endometriosis which is pretty common. It could also be a sign of a sexual disease or gallstones even appendix. Make an appointment with your doctor and be firm on the fact you don't feel right. If you have a temperature get in immediately. Sorry not a lot of help, but good luck.

this is directed to the person above: Gallstones do NOT cause pains in the lower stomache. Trust me I know this from personal experience. I have a blood dissorder that causes them and had to have my gallbladder out at age 6 and the scar is located directly underneath the ribcage. Gallstones are caused by your gallbladder or even spleen at times. The pain that is associated with them is the stone passing through your bile duct which is located at the top of your small intestine (right below the where your stomach sits). Please, before you say it could be something make sure you know what you are talking about.

You should really see a doctor. They can take blood tests that are much better at telling if you are going to have a baby. you should tell your doctor about the cramping as well.
Do it really soon
