When that crater blows up and naruto and sakura run over to see it, whos the guy that was already standing there? if its a main character or a spoiler in any way possible, please dont say. examples would be if he's kakashi's brother or something like that.

he's a new character Sai..... he's sort of like a replacement for sasuke.. for team 7.. i'll tell you that much..

That would be Sai, like everyone else said. However, his real name is not Sai, and is actually unknown as of current. He is from a branch of ANBU called Root, currently serving on the same team as Naruto and Sakura.
He's more of an art jutsu user, literally. He draws monsters and other things on his special scrolls and they actually come to life, with the power of chakra. He can also use the Ink Replacement jutsu.

his name is sai he has the power to bring to life wat ever he draws.. he also shows no or little emotion he even has a wierd book containg pictures depicting him and his bro but his bro dies. he is on a secret mission ( which is also hidden from naruto and the team) to kill sasuke but naruto convices him to not find sasuke to kill him all he wants to do is just bring sasuke back but sasuke was to.......... oh im going ahead of myself but that is baiscly him, there is also the new captain of the group but i always forget his name but he has the 1st hokage powers which control pants he can also supress narutos kyubbi chakra.
