Dwight Howard was definitely robbed in the dunk contest. The sticker thing was not only creative and genius but it took more skill and athleticism then it looked. I don't know if I'd say he should have won because Gerald Green did a great job, but I do think Howard should have at least gotten to compete in the 2nd round.

Dwight didn't sell that sticker thing at all. It's a shame the NBA and Stern didn't let him raise the hoop to 12 feet like he wanted. Then everyone would have known what he was doing
For the sticker thing you don't notice the sticker until replays and he dunks and then points it out and by that time the judges are already scoring it and had their minds set before he showed the most impressive thing about the dunk
That's why Showmanship is so important

The sticker idea was pretty creative. But he needs to sell it. He sticks it up there, dunks and just kinda walks off before pointing up there. And even when he points it up there, he does it very chilled. If Howard got through and made it to the final round, he still would've lost to Green. Gerald was the only participant who took this contest seriously and passionately. He studied, practiced, and prepared. I'm not saying the others didn't, but its clear he did the most. Green didn't even use his "wow" dunks in the final round cuz Robinson kept doing the retries. I think Green played it safe and just told himself to save his real dunks for next year!

Most Definetly!
He put a sticker of HIMSELF on the backboard at 12.6!
C'mon Now. Who thinks of that?
I mean I love Jordan, but he was being a litle hard on these young guns.

Your 100% right, Dwight Howard was robbed, Nate is just small, and they gave him a better score. Its not fair, but D. Howard still has a great future.

the judges couldn't see the lame sticker idea. Putting stickers on things is for first graders. Dwight Howard is much older than a first grader.
