if i do 1000 situps and take hydroxcut, would it give you abs? I need to get abs fast

No they would not, because if you have fat on top of them, then they will remain hidden. You need exercise and ab work

Doing the situps only strengthens the muscles, and there are 3 or 4 abs, the lower ab has a different work out from the middle and upper abs. If you do, sit ups it helps with muscles that you need to go 'potty', too much and you might get some bleeding in your 'potty'. Recovery time is need.
Too thin is not always good, the fat is a cushion for kidneys. You might want to look into intestine cleaning, supplements. If you went thru several, diets and work out plans. Left over food is left over food undigested including cooking lard.

If you have a layer of fat over your abs, a million situps a day wouldn't give you a 6-pack. The best way to have your abs show is by working out, cardio AND ab work, and eating lots of lean meats (chicken, etc) and veggies.

Nope. It will create great abs, but may also injure your lower back. Your body isn't fair when it comes to fat. It stores it mostly in certain places: belly for men, hips & thighs for women. Unfortunately, it burns fat a little from everywhere. Cardio is best, simply because it burns a lot of calories in a short time. Research activities online and try to do the higher calorie-burning ones.

no pills will give you abs. proper dieting and exercise variety will help. abs are hard to get and really just having abs that show means nothing. do core exercises. abs never come fast so dont go crazy trying to get them.

You don't have to go to that extreme. A combination of proper diet and exercises will gradually get you the results you want. Look on line for various diet/exercise programs. Careful don't get too obsessed! Sometimes it just has to do with what you were given as far as genes.

No... you can do sit ups all day long and your abs will never show unless you are eating clean and getting your body fat % down low.

Hydroxycut is crap that just uses caffien and other stimulants to increase your heartbeat, it does nothing to burn fat.

what are you trying to do kill yourself? start out slow and add some protein to your diet and hydroxycut will help some just dont try to rush results
