Some people go everyday, some go 3 times a day, while others go once very 4 days. Depends on what's been normal for you in the past. Head over to Wal-Mart or so and get some Citrucel. It'll make you go and won't cause the pain and cramping that a regular laxative would.

But have you been taking in the necessary amount of fiber? NO, it's not healthy. Daily is normal, skipping a day is no big deal. A day. One.

Grab the Sunday paper tomorrow morning, pour a cup of coffee and smoke a cigarette.

You'll be on the throne for an hour.
