I love how you captured the expression of the indian woman. Just beautiful.
Your proportions are really quite good. I have sketched on and off for several years (much less than I would like) and I still draw on a skew. I can tell when I look at my drawing in the mirror (or flip it horizontally after it's scanned). Your sketches look the same when they are reversed...which is really good.
Noses can be difficult. I might try practicing them more to get them on the same level of skill as the rest of your features display. The indian woman's nose you drew is beautiful....it does not distract from the rest of the face.
I also might try applying some more detail around the eyes on your portraits? They're very good, but don't seem quite "done"....almost like they were placed on the paper.
It doesn't seem to me like you have any problems with hair. Your hand seems very sure of itself when I look at the strokes. Almost like it enjoys the freedom you've given it.
This is just a humble critique. I'm not an educated artist....I just love art. You are very talented. I look forward to seeing more of your work if you ever decide to post more. Good luck!

Very good! Seems as though you have a natural talent for portraits.
Keep practicing & keep in mind that facial features are not 'lines'.
Try shadowing & shading in the features, it can be hard to learn & frustrating but it is well worth the effort. Work from light values to dark & keep the features in proportion.

Very Very good. I draw myself and I say that you are just as good as me if not better. Just a little more shading and really study the shapes. Make certain parts stand out more. Like their face is you want that to stand out. I like to make the hair stand out. But thats just me.

Good start, keep practicing. Most people make the necks too spindly and forget that there is as much head above the eyes as below them. Very good start.

the forms themselves are pretty nice, just experiment with different values. also try to look at a few diagrams of basic facial structures, and of course practice practice practice!
