Beaches! Everytime I feel like a good cry, I pop in Beaches. When Bette Midler's singing and they do a closeup of this enormous and elegant tombstone, with the little girl sitting on the chair in her gray coat and hat, her little legs swinging above the ground. OMG! I bawl. That little girl looks SOOO sad.

I am embarrassed to say but the movie that makes me cry is the 1976 version of Carrie. I cried at the end of the movie because it was so sad how Carrie was abushed, humiliated, and had died.

Ordinary People.
(Do you remember a certain episode of "Wings" ?
Roy: Grown men crying! The last time I cried, I was six years old. My mother took me to see "Bambi."
Lowell: I remember the time I cried. My mother took me to see Ordinary People.
Roy: Yeah, that was a sad movie.
Lowell: What movie?)
