Soak with warm water and lye soap. It comes right out everytime.

None of these things are toxic, but I would avoid the dish soap as it can be drying to the coat and skin. If it is warm enough for a bath, mix the vinegar and baking soda and after the foaming goes down, wash him all over with this and especially concentrating on the stained areas. Then rinse and shampoo with his regular shampoo. This will help all similarly white. If the area is a little stubborn, use a little more peroxide on that spot or baking soda and scrubbing. Good Luck

Try cleaning the spots with dish detergent. If you have the granules then add water and make a paste of it and scrub, Bleach stains are very hard to do, But give this a try.

"shout" works well. If the stains still dont come out consider dying the shirt yellow or buying a new one.

If there is any acryllic or nylon in the sweatshirt, or the stains were caused by mustard, there isn't much you can do.... sorry.
