When I got pregnant everything felt like a haze for a few weeks. It was like something was off but I couldnt place my finger on it. I took the home test around 4 weeks and it showed up. I believe you should be able to take it at as little as 1 week and have the test come out as possitive. Get one and try it. If it doesnt say possitive and then you should get a blood test just in case.

The very earliest symptom, is a twinge or cramp on the rightside (maybe on left) that is always there. Its isnt noticable unless you really pay attention to your body.
Sitting down, the rectal pressure will push on what feels like a slightly crampy ovary, but that is pregnancy.
Jumping up and down in sitting position on a bed, can also help you notice that little crampy sensation.
Pushing down on the ovary as well.
If you know what you feel like when you ovulate, that pain continues and progresses after pregnancy starts.
The feeling can start about a week after fertilization, or a week before you expect your period.

I just knew when I got pregnant with my very first... I lost it a month later... I could feel I lost something, or should I say Someone
Then I got pregnant the month after... I knew the second the egg touched down... You just have a stimulating sense that there is something there
And yet again I told my husband that we where pregnant two days after sex... He didn't believe me until a month later when I took 3 pregnancy test (he still didn't want to believe it)

My temperature when from 97.4 to 99.9 and stayed there. I wasn't charting my temp or anything. I just know what normal is for me, and I could tell my temp wasn't normal. I was hot and more energetic.
