in order to make it feel like someone elses fingers in my mouth, how can i get the feeling back as my hands are turning blue and i'm typing this my trotters.

Next time, just use a mannequin hand to tantalize your mouth instead of your own numb fingers. At least you found out conveniently that your toes are good for something other than growing lovely long lush nails on.
