I mean, whites instigate provocation against non-whites, not always verbally, but through sighs, and fake coughing, but almost always cave-in and are sheepish when physically confronted.

Maybe the whites in CA are different (probably), they are so non-confrontational, but thet try other subtle ways to show their racism because of fear of violence to them by non-whites. I am half-white and see this frequently.

Im black and I don't think white males are non-manly.
My boyfriend and I face confrontation almost everytime we go out, and it may be the way he was raised, but he won't hesitate to get physical. Trust me, my parents live in the suburbs of San Diego, and I've seen twice as many non-white guys punk out, then white guys.
I just think it depends on how or where you were brought up. My dad stressed to my brother, and even me and my sisters, that when physically confronted, there's no such thing as a fair fight; do what you gotta do. (lol)

I know what you are saying, but punks come in all colors. I think white men just get punked out more because they are expected to be the so-called leaders so they get challenged a lot.

There is no such thing as a BLACK here in the US. These blacks in America are mixed with WHITE genes. The averge white gene in blacks here is 21% white. That is an astonishing number that tells the whole story that your so called pure BLACK is really about 21% white.
