I have been crying in front of my computer and some tears hit the keyboard. They are dry now but there are stains where they were.
How do I remove them?

Tears are mostly salt, so try using white vinegar, which removes salt. I suggest you just dampen the cloth and don't soak it, as this could damage your keyboard.

Well, some Windex should take care of it. Just spray some on a cloth (read: NOT directly on your keyboard) and wipe. Make sure your computer is off or your keyboard is unplugged before you start so you don't accidentally break something.
