No. Some of the smartest people in history had dislexia and other speaking disabilities. George W Bush has a speaking disorder.
You havent ever seen him in one on one interviews, have you? He runs rings around Clinton.

the world would be a better place if more people were as smart he may not be the best speaker [although i like his speeches] but he is honest and stands by his principles [and he has some unlike someone else we know] i like and respect him and his father

i would say his intellectual abilities are much worse than his verbal skills. It's one thing to screw up your speech, it's another to screw up several countries...
