and around two weeks ago, I slipped inside the bathroom and fractured my foot, and x ray showed two parts on the top of my foot to be slightly fractured, and till now it is still swollen on the physical. Is it advisable to stay away from the above mentioned food while the foot is in the healing process?

That's not true unless you have some kind of allergy to those foods. My wife is a clinical dietitian and I never heard of anybody needing to avoid certain foods because of a fracture or wound. Might be a good idea to eat a little more dairy products (for the calcium) as it might help the fracture heal. (My wife told me that when I broke my knee a few years ago). Don't take dairy if you have a problem with it, of course.

No you can eat what ever that's just a myth its not going to affect your foot. walking, standing , and what not on your foot is going to affect your foot not eating those food.Good luck with your foot.
