turn on thermostat,and nothing happens,tap on primary control box and it heats to setting on thermostat,but everytime it shuts off,i have to repeat the procedure above,its a oil burner, already replaced primary control box,motor,flame sensor,and transformer,nothing worked out,im thinking its electrical problem but not sure pls help if u know anything about this

The only thing you did not replace is the thermosat & it's transformer.

It's been many years since I installed an oil fired furnace, but the symptoms of your problem sound like a bad primary control relay.

When the thermostat contacts close, the primary control relay should close in the control box. I sounds like you have alread swapped out everyting that there is to swap out. All that seems left is a loose or broken wire in the thermostat cable where it is connected to the primary control box.

Try disconnecting that cable, pull some slack, and reterminate it.

Sounds like a loose wire if you can tap it and make it come on. Check the wiring and look for loose or frayed wires.
